Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made towards subscriptions, setup charges, and development services are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
No refund will be provided for partially used services or after service activation.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, the refund will be processed by the bank/payment gateway as per their standard timelines.
For duplicate payments, customers must contact support with valid transaction details.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Raising chargebacks without prior communication may lead to suspension of services.
All disputes should be reported to TraviYo support for resolution before approaching the bank.
Security of Payments

TraviYo does not store any card, CVV, or banking credentials on its servers.
